How to cancel an order and how refunds are processed.
Cancelling an order
If you decide to cancel, tell us within 15 minutes of placing the order — by WhatsApp or email on +91 80008 38946 or support@funcrisp.in. Email is preferred. Please quote your order number.
Cancellation by us
Funcrisp, or an authorised person, may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. We will let you know if that happens and return any payment you have made.
Refunds
If the cancellation was made in time and has been accepted, we will refund or re-credit your card with the full amount, including the initial delivery charge where applicable.
Refunds may take up to two weeks, depending on the payment method used.
